What payment methods do we accept?

We accept all major credit cards and Paypal.

When are you charged for your order?

You are charged for your order at the time your order is placed. If you pre-order something you are charged at the time you place the order.

Need to change your shipping/billing address?

If your shipping or billing address was incorrect at the time your order was placed please send the correct address to webshop@bewithrecords.com as soon as possible.

We cannot change your shipping address after your order has shipped.

Sometimes orders are processed in less than 24 hours, so be quick if you notice a mistake with your address or you want to change it.

Can you add to your order or combine orders?

If your hasn’t shipped yet then email us at webshop@bewithrecords.com and we’ll see what we can do.

Unfortunately we cannot add anything to an order if it has already shipped.

There was an item missing from your order?

Was your missing item a preorder item? It’s possible that you paid for separate shipping for that item and that it will be coming later.

If you are indeed missing an item on your order get in touch at webshop@bewithrecords.com with your order number and tell us what’s missing.
