“Where are my records?”

Why has the release date for your pre-order changed?

We are given provisional dates by our pressing plant and plan our release dates on that. Those dates from the plant are usually spot-on, and we always plan a couple of weeks for wiggle room so our releases are rarely delayed. But it has happened in the past, and soon as we know that a release will be delayed we will update the website and let you know by email.

Has your order shipped?

Orders for current releases will be shipped within 3 working days, Monday through Friday 9am to 5pm, excluding public holidays. We usually take a break over the Christmas period and start posting records out in the second full week of the New Year. There’ll be plenty of notice about that around the time.

If you’ve ordered any pre-orders then we will wait until everything is in stock and then ship your whole order.

If there’s any other reason why orders will be delayed we’ll post a notice on the website.

As soon as you’ve ordered you’ll receive an order confirmation email and then a second email when the order is on its way.

Where is your order?

Once your package has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email. We ship all our orders using tracked services so you should be able to track your parcel as it makes its way to you.

Have you not received an email about your order?

There are a few reasons why you might not have seen any emails from us about your order:

Are our emails being put in your junk folder?

Did you give us the right email address? (Yes, it happens!)

How long will it take for your order to arrive?

Shipping times will vary depending on where you live. International orders can take anywhere from 2 weeks to 3 months to be delivered due to all sorts of reasons.

Customers in Asia and Australia typically have to wait the longest for their orders to arrive.

It has been over a month and your package has still not arrived?

The package may be caught at customs and is still being processed. We ship all our orders using tracked services so you should be able to check where your parcel is and what is happening with it.

The courier says your package was returned to sender?

In the case that your package was sent back to Be With Records, we will contact you when the package arrives and discuss further action.

If your package was returned because of a mistake on our part, we will confirm with you and then attempt to resend the package.

If your package was returned because of a mistake on your part, or if you were unable to accept the delivery, if you still want your order you will need to pay additional shipping costs to resend the package. We can work out what needs to happen if and when this happens.
